Recommendedthey met me at the door with big smiles. they took care of all my needs. we’re the nicest people i have met at any dentist office before. fixed me right up with what i needed. We laughed and they made me feel right at ease. i have always been nervous at a dentist but not them they were great. also they helped reduce my bill by over a 1,000 dollars. how much more helpful can an office be. i would recommend them to anyone

RecommendedHad a good experience everyone was kind, listened to me, prescribe me the right meds and gave great advice for managing with my pain until my next appointment, they were very patient with me and pointed me in the best direction on how to tackle expenses of my current and future treatments, definitely worth the drive from Winston to Concord.

lack of communication cant reach staff when you need to the computers are slow the oral surgeon isnt in contact with the dentist at the same office i as a patient was very dissapointed in lack of comunication they are really good at charging you for services you dont receive you call the emergency number twice and didnt receive a response to get pain medicine after painful extractions then unless you ask you dont get receipts or plan of continued care and the office where i had surgery was awful nothing to relax you the ... read more
