when I made my appointment a month ago they told me it would take a couple hours. so I made arrangements and its taken 8.5 hrs so far and won't be ready for another hr. making me really late for another app. thanks for screwing me.

never use Aspen Dental. I got dentures in 2018 and have regretted it. I'm in pain every day and they are no help at all
Aspen Dental of Conway Arkansas are the WORSE I have no insurance, I paid cash for ALL my wisdoms to be removed. $1104 upfront then the day of my wisdoms coming out, they charge me another $82 and never told me why. The dentist ended up only pulling one wisdom out and I was suppose to be refunded for the other 3 teeth. Nope they decide today that I’m not getting all my money back. No privacy, very pushy staff. Hygienist was very professional but during my visit I met practically the whole staff. If you want to be took advantage of and sign a deal with the devil then this is the place.
So my dad had a toothache. Thinking it would probably be quicker, I called Aspen Dental, in conway and got him an appointment for the following day. Last Thursday was his appointment, at 10 AM. Paperwork filled out Pre appointment except for signatures. He signed and we waited, and waited and waited some more. At 1101 we were called to the back for x-rays. 2 hours later, yes, at 1 PM, after finally seeing the dentist, and finding out that he needs 3 teeth pulled, and that 2 would cost $270, we left with a 7AM appointment fo... read more
I was pretty nervous about getting a cavity filled, since I’ve never done it. Didn’t know what to expect. That part actually turned out well! The dentist was careful and kind and put me at ease. I only have two complaints. The wait was ridiculous. My appt was at 1:30, but I didn’t leave until 3:30, with A LOT of waiting. The procedure itself was not very long.
