I just had my first appt with aspen today. It was fantastic. I don’t live in the country and was just home for the holidays and had some major pain flare up. They did their initial exam and X-ray for free as usual and when I said it wasn’t possible to come back for the follow up appts and just asked for my X-ray for my dentist at home to look at they were more then happy to do so. Everyone in the office at AspenDental, from the reception person to hygienist, assistant who takes x rays, to the Dentist, who made me so comfortable, I am switching Dentist's, made my emergency check up easy. I learned a lot about my condition. Everyone who assisted me were good communicators. The x-ray was displayed in front of me and the dentist calmly and respectfully educated me about everything that is going on in my mouth and what can be done.
