Worst dental experience ever. I went because I don’t have dental insurance and they offer a free exam and X-rays to new patients. Little did I know that would just be a scam to make me pay for unnecessary procedures. I was called back for X-rays, which were painful in and of themself. Then I went to an exam room for a gums exam, and the tech went SO fast there’s no way she was thoroughly examining. I went to Aspen Dental as a new patient for a routine appointment. While I was there, I was informed that I needed additional services and I could receive them the following day (should have known I was being scammed then). I have two dental insurances and provided this information. I was informed of the cost of the procedure after my dental insurances were applied. After a proceduce i asked for a price on dentures full set top and bottom she prints me out a quote for almost 5 grand i said is this the cheapest? She said no they were the ultra light i said i want cheapest She then quotes me a little over 4 grand wth? Cheapest?! Then upon leaving i hear a commercial stating they start At 399 an arch so how the hell did it go to 4 grand from what seems to be 800???? And the 4 grand was supposedly AFTER my insurance. Someone's messed up and out ain't me.

Aspen dental overcharged me ,and then collected from my insurance. I have talked with them twice I was promised a partial refund based on what my insurance paid and that has not happened either. The Dentist is very nice their business practice's are sketchy at best. I gave them one star only because you can not give zero. There total disregard for client's is unbelievable. Avoid at any cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went there for a consult for my bf and the price they quoted us was OVER DOUBLE what two other offices wanted. When I called and asked for the breakdown of prices I was told I'd get a call back. Never did. Called a second time and they were supposed to email it to me.. never did. I heard this place is nothing but a rip off and they were right! $14,000 for procedures that other offices quoted us $6000 for. Absolutely ridiculous. Waste of time.

Be careful aspen is all about making money. They have to pay there investors first the dentist so shady things to get the money!!! Go else where for dentures mine was over priced and fit like crap.

I forgot to take my toothbrush and toothpaste with me. I asked for one as this was a regular exam and every dentist always gives you a new tooth brush, some toothpaste and usually mouth wash. I was told they would have to check to see if they had any. Apparently they did not. Seriously Aspen Dental? I had poor dental exam. My app't was for 5:15. I was waiting until 6:30 before a dentist met with me. He squeezed my hand so hard while shaking it, it was painful. He looked at xrays, picked around my teeth and told me I need thr... read more
