I would give a 5 star for my first visit if it weren't for the "lady" in insurance. She never introduced herself and the first thing she said to me was "do you savings or do you need a payment plan!". I took offence to her asking about my personal finances, and told her it was none of her business where the money would come from. (money wasn't going to be an issue) She proceeded to ignore me even after I told her I was sorry for being so short with her but, my news wasn't good and I was upset. I am a retired dental assistant, and after 36 yrs in dentistry, I know what good care is. I had a great experience all around!Taneisha was kind and professional when taking my x-rays. Dr. Heath was also kind and thorough, without adding any unnecessary treatment to my plan. He also extracted a tooth for me and was for the most part, painless! Great experience so far!
The staff and dentist were wonderful and my initial evaluation was very thorough. The only problem I had was that I completed the online new patient forms, but when they printed the paperwork for me to sign, I noticed my health history wasn't complete and the box was checked for no conditions, even though I had checked off various conditions. Also, the field for listing medicines is far too small. But, otherwise, I was very happy with Aspen Dental in Crestview.

I went on 4-18-2017 and I was scared and nerves..I have had bad dentist before and I wasn't sure what to think...but once I was there all my fears went away..I saw Dr. Heath he was very nice and explained what I needed and I felt very pleased on how he treated me with respect..I have to get Dentures and he made me look forward to move on with my life...the X-rays though was the hardest part I hated it but it had to be done...I will be back
