Fast, friendly and professional. I usually don't like going to the dentist, but they make the experience comfortable.

Had a molar extracted yesterday. They were very friendly and kind. My anxiety was evident and they were very gentle.
Actual office visit (first) was very good. Everyone was so nice, helpful, considerate and friendly. Will be getting lots of work done in the near future (husband). On a not so bright note, when I originally called for first appointment, I was put on hold for over 40 minutes (stupid of me to keep holding, but I just wanted to see how long they'd keep circulating me in the system). They do not know how to work with young people and their parents. They admitted afterward they don’t work with young people/families. I took my son there for the first time to have a consultation and then cleaning if they had a free spot that day. When they called him back I was going to come with him since this was a new place, first visit, consultation and so on. We weren’t even scheduled for a cleaning.
