Terrible experience, called Dania office and was told my insurance would cover procedure, and they had oral surgeon on staff to do emergency procedure, I went there and spent 2 hours wasted, no oral surgeon on staff that was a complete lie. Office manager named Dre supposedly called my insurance and verified it so that it was good to go for surgery but sent me running around to the pompano office where I spent another 4 hours because supposedly the surgeon there could do the procedure same day, another lie. I don’t recommend Aspen dental as their billing is not good. They also perform work that is not necessary to over bill customers. Don’t go here.

So disappointed with the service, I went with horrible pain and after some X-rays the doctor told me that I had an infection, I thought he would give me something for that and the only thing that worried him was knowing that I had insurance. and when I asked if he could give me something for the pain he said no. And the person in charge of financing only tells me that she would call me to inform me of what I needed and how much it would cost, and I have very good dental insurance from my job met life ppo. helped me get a care credit card. Then charged over 2000$ for work never preformed. yes they took charges off. but why would they charge prior to work being done. It's a dental mill. most likely doing work u don't need in the 1st place. Just saying, be very careful when dealing with them.
