I got right in, staff was very thoughtful and although they spent quite a bit of time in my mouth, it was pain free. YaY!!!
After reading online reviews I was skeptical about choosing aspen for my cleaning and Wisdom extraction, but they did not disappoint. First visit was free and received great advice. The staff member that did my cleaning was very friendly and gentle. On the next day I went in for one of my extractions and staff members were very nice to me. After a small price miscommunication it was fixed and they handled the situation professionally. I highly recommend the Oral surgeon on site. Overall great experience on three visits.
I recently took my mom in on a whim as her dentures have never fit correctly. Unfortunately she could never afford a new set. The old ones are 35 years old and have a “ bucked” look. Aspen staff took my mom in, at no charge to adjust her dentures so they no longer hurt just to relieve the pain and sores they gave her, even though she wasn’t yet a patient. Impressed with the people and the way things are explained.
Everyone was great. They got me in before my appointment and did my cleaning. They talked me through anything that would cost me more than what my insurance covered. They were really just wonderful and I hate going to the dentist but i will definitely be going back to them.
Just moved to town & my daughter’s filling fell out from her previous dentist. Aspen was wonderful from all sides. Dr. Sass was so fun & kind with my 8 year old. Turned out she needed the tooth extracted & Dr. Sass and staff did a wonderful job! We will for sure keep going to Dr. Sass.
I was extremely impressed with the staff's professionalism and friendliness. Both my husband and I experienced extended appointment times due to us being NEW patients, I assume. Our appointments were on different days and we both ended up spending two hours in the office for just consultation. After stating that I really needed a cleaning, they were able to extend my appointment even further and provide the BEST cleaning I've ever had!!!
