All staff are real, no gushy glib. Dr. Kang was very nice. He gave his professional opinion, very straightforward and genuine. He does not pressure you into anything you are not comfortable with. For a first-time visit I would give the entire team 5 stars. If anything changes I will post it.
Went in after some gum pain and the front desk was very attentive and helpful immediately. I've been embarrassingly and regrettably neglectful of my teeth and gums by whole life, so naturally I was very nervous heading into my exam. The nurse that took my x-rays was super sweet and the dentist himself was very helpful in telling me what was wrong and how I should fix it. As someone who has a high level of dental anxiety I have greatly neglected my dental health. I started have some severe pain last week. I went in to see Dr. Kang and his wonderful hygienist Maria. Not only is the office beautiful and equipped with state of art technology, but most importantly... Dr. Kang and Maria were so kind and thoughtful. Loved the office, very clean and kind environment! All the staff and Dr.Kang are amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Denton area!
I've thought about this review for a while and realized today as I went in for a routine cleaning at another practice why it's important that I post. This was by far my worst experience in any dental/medical office. The dental hygienist and office manager from August 2024 are excluded from this review. Those two were wonderful, attentive, and understanding. My new provider told me today that my filling performed at this Aspen Dental location is retaining liquid and needs to be redone to prevent further damage. I thought, "... read more

People who actually do the work here are great. Hygienist is fantastic. Love her. Dr is very personable also. The problem is the booking. Had to change an appt. Called and had to leave message. Heard nothing back. Called again and had to leave another message. Heard nothing again. Called third time to ask about a the new appt. Said it's scheduled for Thursday at 8 am. But was never notified of the change. Went in at 8 on Thursday. Keep in mind I drive 45 min. Says they didn't even open until 9 and Dr was in a 2 hour surgery.... read more
