These people are frauds and have issues with billing their patients, follow along to read what has happened to me and read other 1-star reviews, as they suggest similar experiences. I had reviewed this establishment when Dr. Rodriguez was here and just want to notate that he nor his lovely staff are no longer there. There's a new dentist who is the opposite of Dr. Rodriguez. The office manager named Michael Clark has made it virtually impossible for me to get my records. I had to call incessantly for three weeks. He's an unprofessional and unkind bully who has no business working in the customer service field. They scheduled you for an appointment but then make you wait. For consultation appointment was scheduled for 8:30 am. Once I arrived the required 15 minutes earlier than my appointment I filled out paperwork then was taken back to room at which time I had X-rays then the wait began for the hygienist consult which took less than 10 minutes then the long wait for dentist consultation which lasted less than 15 minutes however the wait time I was there for over 2 hours. I will being giving you a call.

This Aspen Dental Office tells you a cost and then charges another BEWARE?? Always get the cost in writing. Refuse to pay the additional charges. It became very expensive and I was lied to many times. Don't trust that they will do the right thing. It's all about the money. Please compare other dentist office prices. They charged $1300.00 for a 40 minute cleaning. I was owed a credit and had to get the credit card company involved to get the credit.
