For some reason, I never seem to get a reminder call. I would imagine with COVID going on they would make sure their patients know they are open and there is an appointment coming up. My first time there they took a bunch of X-RAYS and didn’t tell everyone there would be an extra fee on top of my insurance for it. That was frustrating. When I walked in on my last visit they took my temp sent me to the desk and the lady asked me if I wanted to make my payment now without greeting me. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, but that isn't the only thing that matters. I very much do not recommend this place. First, the wait times are insane. They cover their butts by taking you to your room on time, but then you sit there way too long between hygienist and dentist. An appointment that should only take 1 hour takes 2. I needed a partial denture, literally just a couple of teeth -- small piece. They couldn't even make it right, or alter it enough to fit correctly. Very disappointed!! I gave Aspen a second chance since the first time I was uninsured and they wanted over $5000 to treat my gingivitis. Well it was only $3500 with my insurance because once again they attempted another rip off! What a scam. Trying to charge me for Doxycycline for my teeth between $85 to over $200 per tooth. Lying to me telling me my insurance doesn’t cover the treatment because you changed the billing code internally. So OF COURSE it’s going to come up as not covered. Staff was pleasant, but pushy sales for items and treatments I didn't want or need. Didn't consult with me before treatments for my boys.

right now I've got an abscess and in the past 24 hours I've eaten ov 50 ibuprofen and 12 Norco!!! but because I have a prescription for hydro codone a ready the dentist is not going to give me anything stronger I haven't slept in three days because of the pain can't hardly eat a thing either they obviously don't care for their patients in my book I think I will be going somewhere else for my denture work I need done
