Waiting is too long and they call me firt and 45 minutes late they tell me if I want to wait more then one hour or make a new appointment

RecommendedStory time! Everyone knows I'm a huge baby when it comes to tooth pain. I'd rather give birth all 3 times over again. So, I have been in a huge amount of pain the last 3 days. My back molar broke down to the gum line & got infected. I've been no good for anything! I finally broke down and called a dentist and made an appointment. I was hoping to just get it pulled. Unfortunately, I bought into an Aspen Dental, (Fort Smith, AR) offer for a free exam back in 2019. I also went ahead and used their service for an emergency extraction; which I paid cash for. While seated and waiting for the procedure, the anesthesiologist came in the room and without checking with me first, started to inject the WRONG side of my mouth! I stopped her just in time! RecommendedWas a good dental visit. Staff are friendly. Dental hygienist is very nice and explains everything which is nice! Dentist Hill is very nice also.

Recommendedmy initial visit was fine nice ppl helpful yes expensive like dentist are tho...but showed for appt. 45 min. later still waiting had one dr. because one other dr. had not come so understaffed ( I would've rather them asked to reschedule me because it's hard to do double work for anybody instead of having me wait ) another 46 min. later they refused to do my work because my BP was too high I had already explained I've got high BP so really I was frustrated by the waiting so it was overly high so I rescheduled this time I wil... read more
came in hurting I told them that it's would be extraction had tooth Brock in suck a way it was cuttingy tonge and they didn't pull the two theeth or put something on it from cutting my tongue just made me rescheduled for Monday so I out more money because I am a truck driver I lose out because I couldn't run this weekend I'm out 1500 miles at .48 smile close to 750 dollar because I have to get the two theeth pulled
