Hey I was the very FIRST PATIENT at this location VERY Good Service any questions I had were answered. Made me fell right at home. NOW if we could get the cost down would be in the chair today

I am professional, this place is the biggest disappointment I have ever had in my life. I would never advise anyone to go to them. They have ruined the name of Aspen dental not only has it taken twice. The time I was told it would take to take care of my issue, but right now I feel like my crown is a hostage I paid for and asked for a service yet they did not fill their end of the bargain. This has been the worst experience so far. When I scheduled in October, I got rescheduled 3 times. Went all the way there to find out that it got changed. Then had to get a root canal in November. Following had an appointment they made a cast for crown and put on temporary. Did it wrong then had to redo it. Called back after a month asking about it. They didn’t order my permeant. Come now May I still haven’t had it put on.

I SPECIFICALLY told the receptionist we needed to reline my father’s dentures. We got to the appointment and they did X-rays before the doctor came in. When I told him we only needed the reline he told us they would never do that unless they made the dentures. I explained my father is 89 and is not in the market for new dentures and why did the receptionist not tell me that before we wasted every ones time? RecommendedI went to the Glendale Office, due to them getting 4 stars. They were absolutely amazing! My fear of Dentist has kept me from keeping up with my oral hygiene. Everyone from the front office, to the back office, and the Doctor herself were just super people. They never made me feel bad about my circumstance. I recommend this office highly! RecommendedThe entire staff was very friendly. The exrays and consults with the different staff and recommendations were informative. The doctor was also very informative and pleasant. The first visit was no charge. My mouth is a crater, so it will be a journey, but with pleasant staff it won't hurt so much.

I went there to get 2 fillings done. I was told fillings start at $133.00. I got free X-rays & an exam. Then they proceed to upgrade you with work you did not ask for. After all this is done they give you a bill that you would owe if you had the work done. Mine was over $6000.00. The fillings were $600.00. They then told me partial plates only last 7 years. I went for a second opinion, and to get a second estimate on work. their estimate was 1200 more than the other place. not to big of a deal though. but, I had to go somewhere else to have some of the work done because they couldn't do one of the root canals. so that would be additional money that wasn't part of their price for whatever the doctor that they referred would charge me. I also told them I get 2 free cleaning a year through my insurance, they said and I quote " those cleaning are for people who do them regularly" ... read more
Went in for a quote for a full mouth extraction and dentures. I was refused service. I'm not mad, I am having this done with another company that respects my wishes, just curious why aspen did not want the money. oh well. 🤨
