I tried to call them on 12–22–23. I had a crown come off and was referred to them as a emergency dentist. A lady answered the phone and put me on hold. After being on hold for 11 minutes and no one coming back to my call, I hung up and tried to call back. The phone rang over 20 times with no answer. I then tried to go online and book an appointment, but their website wasn’t letting anyone book appointments after Thursday21st… So no Friday 22nd appointments available I guess. My issue happened in Highpoint Nc but everyone gets a bad review. I have been waiting for a refund of $482 since July 19. The office never answers or returns calls. I have to call the 844 number. Their piece of mind promise is shit! According to management Janet They still haven’t even processed the refund they are basically stealing my money Don’t not use Aspen Dental sorry Greensboro tell Highpoint to stop ripping off customers

Very negative experience here, my bottom set broke within 6 weeks of getting it. Instead of remaking as warranty they required me to pay to replace it. I had made complaints about bone issues in my bottom jaw they finally agreed their oral surgeon needed to fix however by doing another surgery I would have even less bone and my new bottom set can not be worn no matter how much adhesive I use due to lack of bone. NEVER was this mentioned to me could be a possibility and I now need implants to secure my bottom set. This is an ... read more

Customer beware! Aspen Dental advertises as being low cost, and that your initial exam and X-rays will be free. This does not appear to be true. I was taken in by that. After spending around 2 hours for X-rays and an examination, I was told that even though all I was going to need would be tooth cleaning during a second visit - my out-of-pocket cost after insurance for the two visits was going to be $929. Stay away from this place!! I first visited Aspen Dental in January to go over some bridge options. I got a 3 part bridge and when I got home (1 hour away), they call me to come back because they forgot to match the tooth color and when I went to pick up the bridge, they cemented it on and then I look at it and it was SO much bigger than my other teeth so then they had to literally put me through torture just to get the thing off and then I had to wait another 2 weeks to get a replacement. I had a tooth to abscess and was in a lot of pain. Called Aspen and they were able to get me in and got a script of antibiotics and nothing for pain. Scheduled for tooth extraction for the next day. I had prior visit and gotten quote for repairing my smile and they suggested doing all 5 teeth at one time. So. I had a 5 tooth extraction done and was in Sever pain before they finished. Told me to use Tylenol and ibuprofen intermittent with ice for pain. Woke up at 12:30 am in terrible pain. Tried calling their office has bog... read more
