Staff was polite dentist tells you what he's doing before he does it.
I showed up to my appt 15 minutes early and spent the next hour in the waiting room. Everyone that was there before me went in for there appt and then someone who came in after me went in. I then waited at the reception desk for 5 minutes to tell them I was leaving,only to be ignored. The experience here was not what I would have expected at A well known dentist office.
Started coming last fall after my dentist retired. Went to the dentist who bought his practice and had a horrible experience. Talk about a ripoff☹️ Started to go to Aspen & have been really happy!
Completely horrible all around. Wouldn't take my pet fish here.
So glad Aspen dental had me waste 30 mins in their waiting room for my 445 appt for me to finaly ask if they are behind to tell me yes and I wouldn't be seen till at least 6 � & when I asked why they didn't tell me when I checked in or call me they smartly say "why would we call our patients to tell them we are an hour behind?"
These people are con artists! Told me a broken tooth was abscessed it isn't told me I had 8 cavities and periodontal disease with bone loss I do not. Quoted me almost 10 grand to fix. Unbelievable! They actually charged me $135 for a toothbrush in my quote!! Thank God for second and third opinions! I'll be talking to the BBB about these guys! I honestly don't know how they sleep at night! I chipped the back of my tooth during the Holiday and finally made the decition to get dentures....since I only have 7 teeth on my uppers....they were very nice,....talking about how much money to pay them for my dentures....but when I got home I got a small mirror to look at just how bad the back of my tooth was.....they never should have let me leave with out at least putting a temporary filling in.....In my opinion they are all about the money and not about the patient.
The worst!! Dentist stitched my gums to my cheek and now my mothers dentures that aspen made have broken twice off of the softest of foods!! I will never recommend aspen to anyone!
Worst service I have ever received anywhere. Dentist turned me away and cancelled my appointment because I complained about him. Very unprofessional.
