And now Aspen Dental has lost my dentures. Dentures that were supposed to be ready in DAYS. As it states in their office. Not only did I cry in the office when I was told but now the emotional/mental damage this is doing to me is beyond comprehension. It’s been 2 weeks since my extractions and still no dentures. Emotional damage and suffering isn’t something to mess around with.

Started out ok.Got into waiting for them to call me because last visit compute was down. Appointment was to be for denture I through, well i call them now they are saying it not time yet.Wish I had went somewhere else before I paid so much money!!

Worst experience from beginning to the end. My mom's first appointment to receive dentures was November 7th 2022. My mom has had 7 appointments, YES 7 after that one. Guess what, NO DENTURES!!!! I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! The ONLY professional person that I met during this process was Dr. Ritta. My mom was refunded but the time can't be.

During the procedure, Dr. Shaikth (may be mispelled) burned me with an instrument he used to heat with a blow torch.
