Requiring family to sit in waiting room during COVID is reckless and unnecessary. I prepped for the wait in my car - lunch, lumbar support, ice pack and heat for my injured back - instead I am sitting in awful chairs, in pain, hungry, and risking my health by being in a public room I do not need to be in. I even offered to surrender my keys so they would know I wasn't going to leave. The assistant said they needed to get to me quickly in case of problems...? Am I going to be asked to scrub in? I can’t imagine ever going to a business that allows its employees to say racist and disgusting things. You guys believe protestors should be run over???? Nope. There are LOTS of dentist choices and this one will NEVER EVER EVER EVER be the choice where I spend MY hard earned money. Nope.

We called for an appointment because my husband cracked a tooth. We sat there for 2 freaking hours, and all they did was take an ex-ray and told us they didn't have time to do any thing else. I don't think they ever intended to to anything but bill our insurance for the visit. What a rip-off. I feel so used.

Everyone was supper nice there but I got a back molar pulled and did not get any pain medication after. Was told ibuprofen would work but now I’m sitting here in extreme pain.

Received very poor care here, my mother is an established patient , she had an app to fit her partial, and it so happened that at the same time she developed a tooth infection when we went in to have her partial fitted the provider who saw her was not her normal provider " Garcia" but rather another doc who never put her on antibiotics and just sent her away, we've had to go and see another practitioner to get her put on antibiotics. they dropped the ball on care. , they never got the partial to fit after 4 repeated visits ... read more

it says in their advertising Dentures In Days. This is absolutely not true, or deceptive at the best. I am now on my 3rd visit with 2 more to go. If I knew that Days means WEEKS, I would have gone somewhere else. Now cancelling all my Thanksgiving plans, as I can't eat with my old set of teeth, am not going out to eat toothlessly, and am 2 visits away from getting new ones that will hopefully fit.... a month later. So no... I will never recommend Aspen Dental. Quite the opposite.

So awful, went in there and the first thing they did was give me 14 x rays as if I were a ten year old kid! All that radiation!! Also there was garbage overflowing in the x ray room and biohazard to which I jokingly mentioned and the x ray tech wasn't fazed. There was no exam or cleaning. An older gentleman came in and told me I had a fractured cracked tooth. When I tried to make an appt to fill it as per his recommendation they demanded all money up front. I called made an appointment for an ABSCESSED TOOTH I am dealing with. These morons told me they weren't able to do anything because of other appointments and and proceeded to give me a consultation for dentures. I have a golf ball on my face hence why I made an appointment Now i made an appointment so why were other appointments in the way of me? Why did they make it then? Just a waste of time Im forsure calling BBB
