Had a root canal and crown done at Aspen in Hammond. Had pain ever since and now having to go to a specialist for them to re-do the root canal and pay all over again at another place because I don’t trust Aspen after already costing me an arm and a leg and all for nothing. Also, Aspen let me suffer, not willing to give or call anything in to help me. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! Don’t let their clean friendly environment fool ya like it did me!!! This place is a NIGHTMARE!! My sister in law went to Aspen Dental in Hammond this week in pain. They told her to come in at 2:30 to have a root canal done! She waited and was sat in the chair and her mouth was numbed up at 4:00. YALL!! They came back in the room at 5:00 and said “it’s 5:00 so we can’t do your work today!” AND SENT HER HOME WITH HER MOUTH ALREADY NUMB!!! 😳 We called and left a voicemail asking for a call back and wasn’t called back. Made an appointment for my son . Received quote for his cleaning with fluoride treatment was an added 40.00 Because of his age insurance stops paying for it at age 19 . So he goes for his cleaning without the Fluoride because he receives 2 cleanings a year free . They wanted to charge him . When appointment was made they knew our insurance and gave us the quote. But when arriving there was a balance due . Obviously someone wasn’t doing there job when the quote was given .
