During this past December, I visited the Taylor Dental PC Hanover office of Aspen Dental in need of a new upper denture. Aware that affordability was a concern for me, the entire staff, especially Doctor "D", went out of their way to ensure that I received the best in professional care. And now that I've enjoyed the comfort and excellent fit of my new denture, I can give them the highest of recommendations.
I think my dentist and her assistants are awesome! And the wait time was not long. I was happy.
Friendly, knowledgeable and mdern staff that understood my concerns.
Awful, get told 5 different things from different people.

I had a bridge come off just wanted it cemented back in , when I called to get in had to leave message (never answer their phones) got back to me day and half later. My bridge fit good until dentist started grinding away inside of bridge and then tried to put it on and wouldn't fit right at that point dentist said ill need a new bridge at a cost of 5300. would not recommend aspen dental. -star

I just had two teeth extracted with no pain. Took less than five minutes. Both Nara and Dr Mathew answered all my questions and were very patient and understanding. Thank you both!

My husband called Aspen to have a broken tooth fixed. He brought xrays with him that had been taken within the last 6 months by a dentist who no longer takes our insurance. After waiting for 45 minutes, he was called in to see the dentist. He was told that they HAD to take xrays again. After xrays he was sent back to the waiting room while they prepared a 'treatment plan'. We waited another 30 minutes and finally told them we had to leave. People were very nice.... company too concerned about the mighty $$$$ chains will do that!!!! too bad.... much more expensive than your average dentist. And no payment plans other than the credit companies. doesn't matter if it's an emergency!!!
I used to love Aspen dental until they got Dr Lee that is. Horrible bedside manner, gets visibly impatient, could get me numb after 6 injections into my gums for an extraction. He said it's my fault cuz I'm a nervous patient. Had some health issues over the course of last year. I called and said I'm finally ready to complete work. They said ok but you'll have to come in Wed and see the dentist make sure there's been no changes before we book yoyr surgery.
