I recommend that if your dire need of help because of constant throbbing pain, that you absolutely avoid this place. atleast the one in harrisonburg va. I went there yesterday in pain like never before in my life, after being up for three straight weeks with no sleep. my pain scale was a 13 on a 1 outta 10....easily. had an appointment on:4/7 at 2pm. week later I get an email to confirm my appointment at 3pm. then one hour before my appointment they text me to cancel my appointment Staten they had an emergency. try to call back no answer. call the next day try to reschedule. got put on hold 2x .. they had nothing open until the 20th. at 11. I still work full time. they are the ones who cancelled my appointment. and now it's my problem . told I am going to to look elsewhere. they didn't care.

My husband made an appointment for a tooth extraction. They insisted on taking xrays and charged us $170 for an 'exam' and xrays. NO ONE every examed anything. The tech took xrays and then led him to the waiting room. Within a few minutes they asked us back to an office where they informed us that he had to have a surgical extraction and it would be another $315. I have had the worst experience with Aspen Dental and it has lasted over 6 months. They take your money but do not supply you with what you paid for. X-rays we’re never taken but $2500 of my insurance and personal money was taken. Never received partials and had 12 appointments that resulted in nothing, they had excuses over and over. this place is a joke !!! I took my dad for his appointment an when I had gotten there with my dad they said the call sent a text an email an they never harr did . they are always rescheduling appointments or canceling appointments because the doctor apparently never there ! and the lady was rude and yes I got rude right back . needle to say time to help my dad find somebody better and that isn't always canceling appointments because this is the 3rd appointment they have canceled on my dad. I have gone here for a few months and really like the doctor. So when my elderly mother got a toothache, I called and scheduled her appointment. When we arrived we were told by office manager,Kaitlin Najdzinski that we were scheduled at 4:15 and they would not see her today. I told her I was told 4:45 pm.
