3 hour wait total for my 83 yr old mom...we were put in a back room for approximately 2 hrs and never even got a quote for what she came in for. Not a professional office at all.
Rip off. went in for a cleaning and unless I agree to an expensive treatment my insurance will not completely cover they will not even clean my teeth.. They bring you in the first time and take X-rays. You see the hygienist who measures your teeth and tries to get you to have a test that your insurance will not cover. Finally, meet the dentist who tells you about all the work they want to do. she then turns you over to the office manager who tells you how you can finance all the things they want to do. Schedulers are stupid and don’t know how to make a simple appointment. They’ll have you make all these arrangements to miss work and not get anything established. They’re too unprofessional to be in such a field
my son has been there multiple times yet still they haven't made molds to get his permanent teeth they just keep putting him off and it's been over a year now ,I am about ready to get an atty to get this taken care of correctly. my son has had multiple problems with this office as they treat him like he is a nobody but yet he is a dad and a mom and raises his 2 kids ..only 1 time they were nice to him was when me his mom went with him..its a total disgrace ..we are done fighting them to get his permanent teeth, I will be cal... read more
The women who pulled my husband teeth was rude to him and he could feel everything being pulled
I got my permanent teeth in January never been able to wear them.there to big an gag. I ask for my refund they said they couldn't refund my money I haven't had them 90 days .but they want even try to fix them
Had a dental procedure and needed to get in for an adjustment. Aspen couldn't schedule me until three (3) weeks later. Guess I'm not that important to them after all.

called Aspen Dental because I had a bad tooth ache I was in severe pain and I expressed it to them that I needed the tooth pulled they told me it would be two days before they could see me and I ask could they work me in they said no I asked if they would call me in a prescription for antibiotic they said yes and then I ask when could they pull my tooth and they told me it would be a week so I took the antibiotics and schedule an appointment for the next week to have my tooth removed during my visit/... read more
