This place has some type of automated service that makes appointments I guess. Not once but twice this office has called me the day before my appointment to schedule a different time or day after me having the appointment set for a week. They then tell you that the customer service does not have they're full in office schedule to make appointments. It's a mess. The problem is there's no regard for individuals who schedule appointments around work and kid schedules. At the most it's annoying.

Terrible Service... I had a root canal and the crown they put on kept falling off every month. When my root canal was done it started having a terrible smell and it never felt secured correctly. I finally decided to get a second a opinion and my new doctor told me that bacteria started to build up becuase the crown was never done correctly. I spent over $4,000.00 and they never did anything correctly and caused more decay on my tooth. Worst care and negliance I have ever seen at a dental studio. I had a switch in dental insurance so I had to find a new endodontist. I found one though my insurance and specifically made an appt to see an ENDODONTIST (Dr Bui) I came to my appt thinking I would see an endodontist,only to be told I was seeing a dentist for a "limited exam" and I would have to make another appt for the endodontist,because he's only at the office certain days. Do not go near it! I went there for a shard of maybe a broken tooth and the dentist pulled out the wrong tooth! Hours later when the novacain wore off I discovered my problem I went there for is still there. They would not prescribe any pain medication either.

I scheduled an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and a second appointment to get a small cavity filled on my front tooth both on January 9, 2023. The office called me and left me a message saying they had to talk to me immediately. I returned their call, and the person answering to phone did not know why the office called me. I would not recommend this dental facility because it treated me unfairly. I scheduled a routine cleaning as a new patient and when I went to my appointment; they only took X-rays and examined my teeth. They did not clean my teeth at all. They told me I had to schedule another appointment for the cleaning and that I needed a periodontal scaling. When I attempted to schedule these services; I was told I had to pay half up front in case I did not show up to my appointment. I have never had to pay for services up front at any ... read more

I went in there cleaning and the dental hygienists recommended something else because she claimed I had gingivitis. The hygienist was not friendly at all and had an attitude. I don't recommend this place plus they over charge. I had insurance and they still billed me for extra. Terrible business.

I had a total of 6 appointments between 11/13 and 11/20. The first four were pleasant and everyone was very professional. The last two scheduled appointments for 11/20 at 7am & 7:45am were disappointing. I arrived with my grandchildren shortly before 7am. The front desk tried to claim my appointments were for 10am. No! I write everything down in addition I record all business calls that state "this call may be recorded" The people at the front desk tried to say the business manager gave me cards indicating 10am appointments ... read more
