Dr Jacobs and his assistant Tracy were very kind, understanding, they went out their way make sure I was comftable, they got right in took there time with me, kept me calm and relaxed, even stay Lil after hours help with my badly infected tooth.
I had an appt w Dr. Jacobs and Tracy today and they were excellent funny and personable. I would recommend them When i come back i hope i get them. They were great
Very professional, compassionate and enjoyable staff. I would never go to any other dentist. I always get perfect service and they make me feel very comfortable. I would give them ten stars if I could.
I love the staff and the work they do. However hate waiting an hour and fifteen minutes after your appointed time slot before being seen.
These people have been excellant and very kind to me. They are thoughtful in making sure my new Dentures fit and are comfortable. I am 75 years old and have found them to be very understanding. Thanks A Bunch to the Horseheads Crew.
Amazing place and absolutely wonderful hygienist Kristen loved her!She made my dental experience amazing and made me feel like family ♡ And I have a great fear of dentists! She made me feel right at home and Anand is amazing!
I would definitely recommend the aspen in horseheads. Oral surgeon was fantastic, really calmed my fears. The lady in front spent an hour fixing my insurance that the aspen in Cortland screwed up. Thanks aspen dental staff for giving me my smile back
I spent an hour in the chair today and go back tomorrow to finish my procedure. Kristen was the hygienist that did my procedure. I can't say enough about her. She's professional, personable and great at what she does. I recommend her to anyone that goes to Aspen Dental. Great work.
