I have just begun my experience with Aspen Dental Horseheads, NY and so far everyone has been great. All the people I spoke with were nice and explained what to expect throughout my future visits. I have never had such an experience with past dentist....thank you everyone.
They got me in for an emergency visit to cement my upper bridge. I was impressed with them on that visit! I don’t think I’ll return because of their overbearing push for future services when I quite already upset about my current situation, but I appreciated their services on 12/12/17!
Dr. Anand in big flats is very professional and courteous. Love having work done there and recommend him and the other dentist' s also. All are very caring and professional.

My mother is 80 years old and has had dentures for over 40 years. One of the front teeth in the denture broke and we went on the internet to set up an appointment at Aspen Dental in Horseheads, NY. We were able to get in the next day and when we got there everyone was great. The dentist took one look at my mom's dentures and said we can fix that. Come back at 5:30 and pick them up. Other than wait time there are no issues from me. I got my impacted wisdom tooth pulled out and it went great. I have just started seeing them for regular dentist appointments as well, friendly staff & knowledgeable doctors.
Absolutely loved it. They were so helpful and friendly. The Dr got me right in to fix a broken tooth without hesitation. With these kind of people I don't mind going to the dentist. Ten +stars.
