I just recently had my top smile teeth fillings done by you guys and idk what the doctors name was but he tried to do my work in record time (4 teeth in less than 30 min?). One of my top teeth fillings is overlapping my canine, a spot on my canine that was not part of my plan of care was done and now I'm pretty sure that canine is infected...im in immense pain... I'll be calling tomorrow for an er appointment...

The staff was nice but the day after my appointment I noticed that they had taken $757 out of my checking account instead of the $77 they were suppose to. I had to call numerous times and was told they had taken care of it and I should be able to see that it was put back in. They even told me that I would just have to wait for a refund! Made it very clear that I came in JUST for a cleaning. Tried to get me to repair 2 small cavities then added a oral cancer screen I did not ask for and got short with me when I said I didn't want flouride treatment. Refused to take off the cancer screening I had saying they would leave it on and then just do it the next time I came in. I was in a hurry and couldn't argue at the time. I hate going to the dentist but they eased me into it and came out with a good report.
Horrible services, do not believe anything they say..Dentures quality is horrible...Will not return calls..Would not recommend to anyone..Try McCall dentures or any other company � Waste if money and time..
The dentist is unprofessional and she violated a HIPPA law
Very unprofessional staff that will not answer your questions. They won't tell you if you have a cavity until you ask and even then will not give you a straight answer. Plus, the front desk staff openly use foul language to patients when something doesn't go quite right. They should also probably look at medical history before complaining in front of patients about how the patient should tell them about medical conditions. Calling insurance today to see where else I can go instead.
