RecommendedThe first time I walked in their office, I was greeted with smiles, courtesy, and professionalism. That was over a month ago. Since then I have had my teeth deep cleaned, and two teeth prepped for crowns. I really like the way they treat me. They put me at ease and give me a sense that they care. Thank you Aspen Dental.

Check your insurance benefit compared to Aspen Dental patient responsibility. Overcharge, refuse to verify your responsibility by just calling billing. Received 4 different reasons why they need to wait for the explanation of benefits before they can refund or credit my account. I was even told that's how their system calculate it. No one knows the answer.

Went in pain! Left the office in severe pain!!! Unable to get medications called in to the pharmacy!!!! Ridiculous !!!!! Still in pain! To think I would go back absolutely not!!!
The staff is very nice and the Doctor who did the surgery was great with my snap in dentures and I’ve went back several times to get them adjusted and again today. I still can’t eat a sandwich without them coming loose from the snaps in the back. I hope we can figure out something to help. The dentist today made any judgment and when I told her I cannot eat any kind of sandwich she said well they are dentures you know. For $9,400 dollars just for the top set I think I should be able to eat just about anything. More will be r... read more
