Location is good because they are at the Town Center, but don't fall with that trap. Bad Customer Service and unnecessary dental procedures/ costs. Stay away!
Maybe I am just not lucky with this dental. My appointment 10/16/18 sat down waiting for more than an hour, and finally they said they cannot work on me today. Who the heck is not disappointed? I took off today because of this appointment. @AspenDental better rearrange your appointment schedule. Keep that in mind IT’S NOT MY FIRST TIME WAITING FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR in this clinic. Always ask for payment when I first walk in the door. Then sit me wait and wait and wait.....
My first experience was amazing, I would of left 5 stars. However after the initial appointment, I tried calling several times to schedule appointments to start the treatments they suggested and no one returned my calls. I spoke to two “trainees” who stated I would receive a call back. 2 months went by with me calling once or twice every other week, until it got to the point to where I just needed to switch dentist. I had such high hopes but was highly disappointed.
I was called 40 minutes before my scheduled dental appointment to inform me that they could not take me because they did not take my insurance due to being out of network. This should have been taken care of way before my scheduled appointment and not the day of since they had my insurance information for several weeks. Needless to say I would not recommend Aspen Dental, I find them very unprofessional.
I was the first denture patient at the new Town Center location. Dr Patel made my denture a perfect fit and they are so comfortable and look good with the high quality materials. Amber was so good and careful in making the impression. I do not need paste to keep them in place and I could not wait until I got home to try eating with them and they are perfect. The on-site lab was such a benefit and not having to send them out to be made. Thank you Dr. Patel and your team that were involved in making this a positive experience.... read more
