My first meeting with this dental office was great. I was really grateful for their helpfulness with my original tooth pain. Some things happened that were not entirely their fault that upset me but Dr Patel and her staff did everything they could to correct the situation and it really wasn't Dr. Patel's fault at all. These are amazing and wonderful people with huge hearts. I just got a cleaning for their day of service which they hold once a year for military members to be treated for free. I also scheduled my father who is a 70-year-old, combat wounded, veteran of the Vietnam war. To say his teeth were in bad shape would be an understatement in the last year he’s had to extract four of his own teeth by himself and has had such pain and discomfort. I was having tooth pain and my finances are very limited. I was so happy for the first time free exam and x-ray. Although Dr. Patel was in and out pretty fast, she was pleasant and even returned to the room when I said I had more questions. Very impressive. Patel and her dental assistant Lynn were super sweet throughout the process as I was nervous and for some reason it took forever to numb me. lol. The extraction was quick. Dr. Patel is amazing and caring. I had to call her at 1am and she took her time to help me. I will definitely recommend Aspen Dental and Dr. Patel to my family and friends. Give them 5 stars.
