The entire staff is amazing. The office manager actually treats me like family. The hygienist remember my last few appointments and seemed to care about me generally. The office is professional, but not stuff. It is a comfortable and friendly energy.
I came in for xrays and to setup a treatment plan, but the dentist decided that would just be a wasted trip, I live an hour away from the Jonesboro location, and went ahead and started my treatment plan the day we implemented it. Great friendly staff and looking forward to a great smile courtesy of Aspen Dental!

The employees are all excellent and super friendly. I’ve never been to a dentist where I was completely comfortable. Conversation with all employees are easy going and never forced.
I went in as a new patient for an abcess tooth. I was impressed with how thorough the exam went, from X-rays to actual visit with the dentist. Dr. Calvin was wonderful. She explained everything well, answered all of my questions and was gentle. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. I have never liked going to the dentist but Aspen Dental has changed my mind.
We loved the people there but when you pay up front just know those mandatory services they do may not be covered by Insurance. So you pay an extra 125$ for your cleanings
