They have lost all my insurance information and say they can't figure out how to input it again. I have called several times and they continue to tell me someone will call back immediately. But so far no call. Do not use these people.

Prescription for pain medication after 4 extractions and a bone graft NEVER sent. Have called well over 20 times to the after hours answering service. NEVER GET A CALL BACK! Absolutely beyond unprofessional!!!
