They did not make my denture because I did four try ins that were progressively worse. Baby tetth . Uncomfortable. Bad bite. I have pics of first try in and pics of 4th wax dentures that look horrible. Now trying to get my money back. No services rendered. Waiting for a call from them today or will go with class action lawsuit and report dentist. Much more but will give them till 3 to make it right.
NO GAS!!! NO NITROUS!!! I’m really pissed off!!! Got to the dentist today. My first time at Aspen Dental on Vets in Kenner. Appt time 3:45pm. Arrival time 3:30pm. They did X-Rays out the wazoo, put the industrial hygienist one me wanting to scrape my gums every 3 months, I said uh yeah that’s not going to happen! and then the dentist comes in and says he can’t save the tooth he can only pull it. Horrible place. Don’t return calls. Had permanent dentures for over 3 weeks now and still can’t eat solid foods. Been calling to speak with someone about it and no one is ever available and they do not return calls. I’m sure they will call now and condemn me for posting this. It seems to be their MO! UPDATE: Management has addressed this issue and it has been taken care of. My visit today was one the best experiences since I started my journey with Aspen. my husband went to have a tooth extracted. The dentist, after three attempts, wasn't able to numb the area. In my husbands 65 years, in his experience with dentists, there has only ever been one other time that this has happened. That was by a dental student who was training, and learning where to inject.
