They didn’t have me on the schedule. The office manager spoke to me—and was very nice—we are working things out. Just left the office. The dentist stepped in to do the cleaning. Horrible experience staff and dental do not care about you Dr refused to give me any type of pain meds or antibiotics told me "my mouth didn't happen over night "girls doing X-rays clearly don't I wow what they are doing they keep on laughing the whole time my X-ray took longer than my dental visit this place doesn't have an welcoming environment I won't not recommend use your dental insurance elsewhere ‼️‼️

This represents the worst experience I've had at a dentist in over 40 years. I was asked if I wanted an earlier appointment and gladly accepted since I was only 2 blocks away. Megan, the receptionist, was very polite and professional and gave me the paperwork to complete for the first visit. Then, I waited 40 minutes before I was called back for x-rays. When I finally got to xray, the tech would not listen when I kept telling her I couldn't bite down on the film clip because it was on my gumline. She kept telling me it had ... read more
