This office is the worst in Aspen in the area they are not professional. They stole my money, they gave me an estimate in December of last year for some fillings, they had an inexperienced person do it, the pain never went away. They charged me for all the fillings they only did a few and never gave me another appointment to do the rest to fix the poor job they did. My fiancé had an appointment made and showed up 30 minutes early to the appointment. She confirmed the appointment via email and Was told when she showed up that since she didn’t confirm the appointment via phone the night before that her appointment was now canceled. Now they rescheduled her appointment for a month out now meanwhile she’s in the process of trying to find a dentist due to this office’s policies.
We’re new to the area and Aspen Dental was recommended. My son had a broken tooth and was in pain. This information was given when the appointment was made a few weeks ago. When he went tonight, the receptionist was great, the normal X-rays were taken, but then they wanted to talk about cleanings and did not mention treatment for his painful tooth. I've paid over 1500 on my partial dentures. they still don't have them adjusted. the top one broke a tooth off and I can't get in to get adjusted causing sores in my mouth I if try to wear them. I regret every going there. The wait time is horrible they over book it seems. I'm supposed to have permanent partials but have decided not to spend another 3 thousand. I was there yesterday and very rude doctor. He would not listen that the dentures were still not right and told me to deal with it for a few days. They have never set right in my mouth and even glued in they are loose and crooked. They are rude and I hope people in the office heard me complaining about it and said I would not recommend this office/company to anyone!!
My appointment was at 4 pm so I showed up at 3:45 and I didn't get called back until 5 pm. After being called back they took a few x-rays and then I waited for yet another hour expecting to see a dental hygienist. I never saw a hygienist but a dentist finally came to see me. The dentist poked around in my mouth for a total of about 2 minutes and said I needed a few deep cleanings and a filling. Disappointed. Still in a great deal of pain after having my teeth removed I returned to the office for "Re-eval" 5 days after surgery . I was told that although a change in pain medication was warranted, the clinic was "all out of script pads", and didn't know when the new ones would be in. It found me wondering what business they were actually in. So I suffered all weekend. The staff was very nice and friendly but when it came to the cost for procedures it was literally outrageous!!!!! I realized when they kept asking about having any insurance it might be a little higher but $10,000 for extractions and top dentures!!!! Sorry won’t be getting my business 😕
