I went in for my free exam and xrays and left with them telling me I needed $10,000 in dental work...the dentist said a couple cavities and a good cleaning when I got to the front they said two crowns a root canal and who knows what else... will never go back!

I think they charge way to much, then they have you come down 5 different times & still don't get it right then you have a problem & they say well for another $200.00 we can fix that. They rip people off & then they say they are the best. They are the worst!!!! I woul not recommend ANYONE to these people!!!

These people have treated my grandmother (a recent widow of a Vietnam Veteran like garbage) She has repeatedly called them cause her teeth do not fit right, and found no help. They have a money back guarantee, but do not honor it. After numerous attempts to get it right, they refuse to do what is right, and continue to jerk around a senior citizen. This business in my opinion is despicable......I am in the process of contacting radio stations, TV, Newspapers. People need to know what this business did to my 75 year old grand... read more

I can't see how people are having such great experiences with this place. I went in for a broken tooth and was "rushed" through xrays, where the tech cut my gum in two places from jamming the holder in my mouth and when I asked her why she was taking so many xrays for just one tooth (never once was I asked what I was there for, they just went through the regular routine!) she said "well you can always pay for just one!" Call the first visit anything but free. I went in for an emergency but they were to worried about money. have to go through a plan first to tell you how much it will cost. Heaven forbid you question them. They planned on sending me home still you a tooth ache. A real Doctor would never do that. They might as well close the doors because that place wont last. By far the worse dentist I have been to and unfortunately I have been to a lot.

I just finished reading over some reviews from LIN FAMILY DENTISTRY's FB page.(Located in Cumberland, MD) I found it amusing to see a 5 star review from a lead dental assistant from Aspen dental, Mia Nicole Lavallee dated April 6, 2017. Obviously Aspen Dental isn't good enough for their own employees to get their dental work done there, so why should anyone else?!

MADE APPOINTMENT..OUTSIDE BUILDING SAYS ''1ST X-RAY FREE... PREVIOUSLY I ASKED, IF X-RAY FROM OTHER DOCTOR SHOULD BE BROUGHT....NO ..WAS THE ANSWER.................2 X-RAYS TAKEN THAT DAY...I WAS IN THE ROOM, SPOKE WITH TECH AND DOCTOR....HE PUT ON GLOVES AND MASK...NEVER PLACED HIS HANDS IN HER MOUTH, LOOKED AT X-RAY....WE SPOKE OF THE PRESIDENT.....THEN HE SAID HIS ENDODNTIST COULD NOT PERFORM WHAT IS NEEDED !
