Under trained and unorganized. Dentist broke off a tooth during extraction and couldn’t pull it. Then refers to another office and they couldn’t even see me. Wasted time money and missed work for this.
The location in lees summit made my daughter wait for over an HR. past her appt.time and made her late for work, inexcusable and goes to show you the lack of professionalism with this company! Go Elsewhere where you treated like a human
My son is disabled & they were totally unfair on the charges & he had a $28.00 balance left on his account only before his account was not even 30 days late, they turned it over to a collection agency. How pathetic is that? We are done with their high prices & obviously no real care or concern for the disabled. Would NOT recommend them after this.
Employees are not trained,each one tells you something different,don't know if your ins. is I'm the network or not,all confused! Go Elsewhere!
RecommendedAspen dental got me in the same day for a dental emergency extraction. Its never a fun thing to go through, but their team was amazing and I will definitely be going back for all my dental needs. The dentist was caring and very easygoing, his team was very comforting for the entire visit.

Honor the advertised prices. I was told that Aspen in Lee's Summit does not participate in the advertised price. I was told an astronomical price. I was told that they would check with manage3r and call me back. Never called back. Very mislead and disappointing.
Huge disappointment! My first appointment went great. My second one went good but after having work done I started to have none stop pain. Come to find out the lady didn't di my filling properly so I spent almost 4 weeks in pain. Unfortunately the list goes on, the office lady was rude and more concerned with if I always had kids during the day or not... I called to cancel all my future appointments and apparently they couldn't even do that for me... I am beyond frustrated
Called and scheduled an appointment. After getting dental work. The area they worked on was hurting so on this “check up” appointment was what I was trying to schedule since I had to wait till I had my baby to come back. I do this and they schedule me today @3. I mentioned on the phone last night and the apt desk trying to cancel my appointment for a cleaning WHEN I NEVER NEEDED A CLEANING. Anyways.
