Your teeth will be evaluated and any necessary work will be explained to you so that you understand exactly what is going on. You can have work done at your own pace or financial capability. The hygienist that cleans my teeth is very knowledgeable, patient, and kind, as is the doctor. They really care about your teeth and they aren't pushy.

I had a tooth pulled this morning, that has been broken and in pain for months. The staff is amazing, SUPER friendly, and definitely calmed my nerves. I felt almost no pain, and their prices are very reasonable. I'll be back to get work done that I've been putting off.

The entire staff was patient and compassionate. Very understanding about my fears. Jessica (Dental Assistant) & Charlie (Hygenist) were just awesome. I look forward to working with them working with me . I walked in terrified and left there completely relaxed and satified. I have never experienced a dental office or staff that listen to your concerns and not just what they think you should do. I was given options and time to think about those options. BEST PLACE EVER!!

The entire staff was patient and compassionate. After not being to the dentist in about 8 years, I had to go. The anxiety and cold, unfriendly atmosphere that stopped me from going to the dentist before was no where to be found here. The office staff, techs and dentists who interacted with me were all fantastic. They consistently explained each process and made sure I was comfortable every step. On Monday (holiday) I called with a dental emergency and the Leominster staff got me in Tuesday am. We set up a treatment plan and took care of the infection immediately. I am doing great today and will be ready for back surgery in two weeks (Postponed from this Friday). Thanks for the super treatment, see you for the next appointment!
