My issue happened in Highpoint Nc but everyone gets a bad review. I have been waiting for a refund of $482 since July 19. The office never answers or returns calls. I have to call the 844 number. Their piece of mind promise is shit! According to management Janet They still haven’t even processed the refund they are basically stealing my money Don’t not use Aspen Dental sorry Lexington tell Highpoint to stop ripping off customers
RecommendedThey don't call you back when they cancel your appointment due to system down then suddenly hygienist out. that was a month ago for my appt. nor do they refund fees they make you pay when system is down that they said they would when system was back up (for husbands appt) thats been 2 weeks ago. all I'm seeing is excuse after excuse. I have left plenty of messages and nothing. poor customer service and business ethics. and yes I have called office and scheduling center. nothing

Yes they could take care of the patient in pain. I paid them $1077 in advance! Only to go back a week later to have my tooth extracted. and still owe them around $700 more when I go back. doc said he couldn't remove the tooth that day because he had more patience to see and they close at 5:00 as of right now I have canceled the appointment. corporate said they would be refunding my money. it's very easy to take advantage of people when they're in that much pain I regret going there!

Update on Aspen Dental. Just received a message I am to pay $30.00 for them looking into my mouth with a flashlight. I called and said I refuse to pay. I am not a stupid person to not realize I had been conned by someone who held a flashlight in my mouth. Plus the message said I had been to the Gastonia NC office. What a hot mess this company is. This is what is suppose to be used. The second pic is what was used. As my husband says don’t mess with old people.
