They tried to sell me everything they could and not fix the problem I came in for. They spent 2 hours trying to sell me dentures instead of pulling a tooth After the sells presentation they stated they did not have time left to do it. I stated that there was enough time to do it if they would have done it to start with instead of doing everything I did not come in for.
The dentists here are inept and more interested in getting all the money they possibly can from you even at the expense of your health and safety. My husband and I have both had separate, horrible experiences with them. He saw them once and refused to go back. The dentist at the time (Dr. Lee) took xrays and diagnosed him as needing a root canal. Kim did a killer job hooking up my tooth when i foolishly broke it.
I have no dental insurance, and this is one of the few businesses that offer free exam and x-rays. I got through the exam and x-rays relatively pain free (my teeth and gums are not in good shape), but it is difficult to communicate with a dentist from another country. I was set up with an appointment for an extraction, tried to prepay, and was told they couldn't make change out of their cash box (so don't bother trying to rob them). Do not go to this dental office!!! I went in for a simple extraction and got a locked closed jaw for a month and a half!!!! My wife went in to get a simple filling and was rudely ignored by the dentist (Dr. Lee) for an hour and a half before getting out of the chair and informing the front desk that their service was lousy and she would never come back! This place is a joke, do not go here!!!
When I went in for my cleaning, the hygienist ripped open my gums, causing an infection. She was very rude and disrespectful. My mom just went in to have part of her work redone, and Dr. Lee snapped at both of us, and then walked off. I have never been treated so badly by a business in my life. There was no need for it, and to treat people who have paid thousands of dollars into your business with such disrespect should warrent having your license removed.
