New patient, waited 25 minutes after appt and asked how much longer it would be. Could not provide a time. Another person came in at the same time and took them right away. I do not recommend at all. Very disappointed and TERRIBLE first impression for a former new client.

Waste of time. I’ve been to Aspen in the past at a different location. I made an appointment to fix a cavity at this office. Got in a few days later. At the appointment they take an X-ray, then sit me in a room for almost 40 minutes alone. When the dentist finally arrives, she says you have a cavity. You need to make an appointment to get it fixed. THATS WHY I MADE THIS APPOINTMENT! I will be finding a new dentist.

Very disappointed in service. I do not recommend using this office. To be fair I've called 5 times and have asked to talk to their office manager Chris. I've been put on hold twice for 20 min. I have been told I would be called back 3 times and never received any call backs. I had oral surgery with this office and had issues managing my pain. They told my husband the day of the surgery, that if I needed to I could call and they would prescribe me something else. (With out needed to see me) I was instead told to rotate ibupr... read more

They almost caused my Death, and then made excuses for their doctor. The doctor kept insisting I get 4 fillings replaced with the white filling for a total of a year. I told her I do not have issues with these teeth and they r not bothering me I just want a cleaning. She insisted and insisted that it was in my best interest. I finally allowed her to do it. Terrible customer service. Called ahead for appointment as a new patient with a painful tooth and swelling, arrived early for the appointment. Examined by one of the managing partners- basically brow beaten and humiliated regarding the condition of my teeth ( just finished going through a divorce and have had no dental insurance). This was followed by an even more rude hygenist that actually stuck a "blunt" tool into the gum at the tooth giving me pain causing exponentially elevated pain, then humiliated and further demeaned... read more

There is no place like this. I said it in a gad way. First appointment was going well, untill the Dr. came in and start talking and she had to repeat it three times in order for me to understand. For my second appointment for cleaning scheduled ahead of time, I was waiting for half an hour and I finally decided to ask the receptionist how long I have to wait. Then all of the saddens I was put in the room, where I stayed patiently for another half an hour. Nobody came in, so I left and took my business somewhere else. Poor/no... read more
