I can’t say enough great things about this office. The office manager Lorraine is a treat to work with. I had alot of questions and she took her time answering everything in detail, never getting frustrated. I changed my mind about what I wanted several times. Best Dentist Visit Ever! All Modern Equipment. Staff, professional, friendly, efficient, and thorough. Doctor Crystal Coats was fantastic. Very professional yet personable. Covered all options offered with no pressure. I highly recommend this doctor and practice.
Friendly staff throughout the office. Consultation was quick and straight forward. Treatment plan was reasonable. The office was not busy each time I went. Dr. Coates made me comfortable and completed my wisdom tooth procedure quickly without any issues! Satisfied with all services I have received from Aspen Dental thus far.
Great service, nice group of people! Ms. King was great and fully explained the services that they offer, Yos was friendly and put me at ease, and lastly Dr. Coats was explained the procedures. I can't express enough gratitude for the entire staff, including the doctor. I am terrified of the dentist and struggle with severe anxiety. I came in for a tooth extraction and shared my fears with the doctor (Dr. Coat), explaining that I would probably need to be sedated or injected multiple times.
