Worse experience ive ever had with a dentist. Waited 30 mins past my appointment to find out that it was a different dentist. Was told I had to pre-pay was charged for 3 teeth when I only had 1 pulled. I asked them to put the money on my card they said they couldnt and credited my acoount with them. The dentist had no idea what teeth he was even supposed to pull. What should have been easy took 2.5 hours to get one tooth out. He took a break after an hour because he was frustrated. We had scheduled appts this morning..mine as I have been in pain for past 4 days...ready to walk out the door...get a call to cancel rescedule next week..explained I am in alot of pain...all she says is yes, we know. What an absolute circus. Called and scheduled an extraction for an erupted tooth. Was in extreme pain and was told I needed new exam and x-rays after less than 18 months. I set the appointment and decided to call a friend's mother who has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years and said she she's never heard of a place requiring new exam and x-rays any sooner than 18-36 months. I doubt anyone reads these reviews but yesterday my dad had his first appointment and I waited for him in the lobby and while I was waiting I overheard the manager Sierra or Sarah or something like that make fun of a patient to the lady at the front desk. How rude and unprofessional. She didnt even try to whisper! Everyone else was really sweet to us and the front desk and hispanic lady were very helpful and unfortunately its people like the manager that give this place a bad name.
