My husband is TERRIFIED of the dentist which is how his teeth got in such bad condition. A tooth in the front broke off and they worked him in for a consult just in time for the monthly oral surgeon visit. The office staff and dental assistant were calm and sweet as can be while they quickly helped get paperwork done and obtained x-rays on first visit. Every person in the office has always been exceptional. They are happy, easy to get along with and do their best to make you feel at ease. I had all my teeth removed and implants and dentures put in. It was a breeze! And when I had a problem, they fixed it quickly and ...FREE! I would and have reccomended them to all my friends and family. Thank you Aspen Dental for my new smile!
Waited 2 hrs for them to never come in I’m in pain from broken tooth dr comes in and says it will only be a few more mins so 2 hours for some pics while there staff is all sitting around what a joke

The x-ray tools were the worst for me. Never had such a painful experience in all my years. The tech was super nice and apologetic. You need to have smaller sizes for a small jaw opening mouth. And the room where you take the x-rays should be in a more private area. When I turned around I could see someone in the lobby area and of course they could see me.
Need to have a little more compassion for the patient and not so much for $$$. I was not completely numb, asked for a little more Novocaine before continuing. I was told it was about time for me to leave. Bare with the pain. They needed the chair for the next person. Worst pain experience ever with a dental appointment.

My mother got her dentures there (which were supposed to be a 100% guarantee satisfaction), but for years she has tried to get those dentures to fit right and still they don't. She went in over and over to see if they could change them up to get them right, but last time they couldn't help her anymore, and refused to refund her. Do I recommend Aspen absolutely not.

Marion , OH. Aspen Dental Disappointed...assistant was awesome, friendly, and supportive, wish I could say the same about the Dentist. As far as the office Manager....words cannot explain how pushy he was , trying so hard to convince me to agree to thousands of Dental work...money racket.
