I went to Aspen Dental in Marreo,La., because I was suffering excruciating pain from a toothache. I had set an appointment for 10:15 am didn't get seen until about 11:15. I had 2 teeth that was causing my pain, they gave me an x ray and told me that I needed additional dental work done. I told them that I needed to know the cost before I could agree to get any additional work done. They told me that the office manager would prepare a price quote. Ex rays were taken in Marrero knowing they couldn’t help with tooth implant and still have not heard from Kenner office....time to go somewhere else! I even called Kenner office they said nothing was uploaded to my record, explained what my insurance required and they never called me back as promised!
I’m only giving them a star cause i have to..but if it was up to me they wouldn’t get any. Sooo, yesterday my appointment was for 2:30. So i came early as requested to fill out my paperwork. Cool. I did that. But then everyone who came after me was being seen before me. Then when i said something that’s when they started with the attitude saying you’re next but i was there for over an hour and still wasn’t seen. I went yesterday 5/15/18.. Aspen employees where really nice, but the 1 thing that bothered me i was there for a cracked tooth and the focused on other issues then the cracked tooth. I feel like it was a waste of time for me. 2 1/2 hours later and nothing was resolved.. Pretty sad. Now have to go to another dentist for my cracked tooth. It seemed to me that they are about $$$$$ not fixing the problem i went in for.
Well, I came in for XRays and an Exam, which was no cost. Found out I needed an emergency surgical tooth extraction. Paid $265 for this. There was nothing to put me at ease or calm me. Only numbing medication. This dentist spent so long pulling and drilling into my mouth. Even drilled into my jawbone. Then wrote a script I couldn’t fill because HE put the wrong name on it.
