I got my wisdom teeth removed in november of 2019. They never submitted a claim to my insurance. I've gotten two bills and have had NO luck getting ahold of the office so they can submit a claim. This office sucks and has caused nothing but issues.

I've had nothing but prolems since I began my process here. Employees are nice. however overall experience is the worst I've ever had. I tried to give them the benefit however they continually disappoint. Very Unhappy Customer.

They love to try to charge you for dentures that were returned under their guarantee. They will be getting a letter from my attorney any day now. STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Got two fillings 4 months ago, paid a ton for them even though I have good insurance. One already fell out. (Got it fixed today the right way at Hudec Dental in canton!) Not only did I lose my filling but when I was there the care was horrible. I was in so much pain, my teeth were left jagged, and for lack of a better term, chunky. They didn’t bother to clean out my mouth when they were done and I was literally spitting out pieces of teeth and filling for the next hour. Every part... read more

Communication about what insurance covers is non-existent. Make sure you ask questions about what is covered vs what procedures they want to do, otherwise you'll end up with a bill for the difference. Office management turns over often so good luck getting any legitimate help or communication.

So i went to Aspen Dental LMAO to get a simple set of Dentures made... So after telling the Dr i want Dentures she examines my mouth and says. Oh well ur gonna need to get those two bones shaved down and then She wants to set me up with 2 sets of dentures after surgery... Costing 4,000 dollars... She did not want to hear me say do me a simple set now. I just paid 4022 dollars to have my teeth pulled. and i Don't have that kind of money..... Then the Bill came. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL CENTER UNLESS YOU WANT BILLS SENT TO YOU AFTER YOU'RE TOLD SEVERAL TIMES YOU DO NOT OWE ANYTHING. MY BILL IS $1,000+ AND I HAVE ALREADY PAID A TON OF MONEY TO THEM EACH TIME I GOT WORK DONE. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TRAMATIZING DENTAL WORK AND LARGE BILLS YOU'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO PAY!!!!!! ��������

Worst set of teeth I ever had made never did fit right dentist said use adhesive nothing but problems with them since he made them. what a waste of a lot of money. wouldn't recommend them even for a pet!
