This place sucks. Its dirty and more like buying a car. I'd never use this place!
They found an old, accessed wisdom tooth and made arrangements to remove it the same day. I came in to replace my old, worn dentures. That never happens. Usually they stall around making studies, etc. Dr. U found a potential crisis and fixed it!
Not the best dentist office, the only one that takes my insurance! Wouldn't be my first choice of a dentist.
This is my second time dealing with Aspen Dental and would not recommend them. I'm getting new denture done and the dentist didn't know if they were doing upper or lower or both.They told us 1 thing and when I went in to have it done I ended up have to go back in later the same day. Which mean I ended up making 3 trips in 1 day.
I have had such POOR work done in the name of dentures. I am so tired of my mouth hurting all the time & when I do tell them, it's a very short visit, with a few bandaides" applied, & then another appt. is made for another 2+ wks. When I got my 'permanent' dentures, the day after Thanksgiving 2015, the fit was too big, not at all what I had requested, and when I told them this, I was told I had approved the 'wax dentures'. You people aught to be ashamed of yourselves. You made my grandmother wait three weeks to get teeth because you people messed it up the first time. HORRIBLY MESSED IT UP. You wouldn't do this to your grandmother so why do it to mine? Possible customers stay away from these people who took advantage of a frail elderly woman's silence and keep pushing back when she gets her teeth because they can get away with it.
I was baffled when I heard the price estimate for the dental work that was recommended, and so I sought another opinion. What a relief to find that I followed my instincts correctly! You wanted to replace a filling, scale my teeth and sell me a HIGHLY expensive mouth guard, when all I needed was a simple cleaning!!!
