Worst dental experience of my life. I would never recommend to anyone.
I did not care for aspen dental at all went in with a tooth broken on my dentures which they would not fix they made me new dentures which do not fit and can not use.I told them from day one they were to big.but they would not listen.Did not like at all. Went back to my old dentist and he repaired for me. The other things I did not like is Aspen making sure they were paid in full first.I would not reccomend them to anyone.And worse you never see the same Doctor twice.
I went there to have a tooth replaced in my upper denture I was told I would have to have a check up for over $200 first which I refused. When I did see the dentist I was told they do not repair dentures that are not from Aspen Dental. I told them when I checked in that the dentures were not theirs, what a waste of time. I went home and called my wife's dentist and had them repaired in less than a half hour, including travel time for free.
The doctor worked carefully and well and I was satisfied with his work. But his assistant was so inexperienced she sprayed water all over my face, sprayed water up my nose and let the water run down my throat so I felt choked. I began coughing and was very uncomfortable. I tried to tell the doctor bur with my lips being numb and braces in my mouth I couldn't talk well. I hope she gets some more training.
Poor customer service. At least two of my last three appointments were rescheduled and on another occasion I showed up on a snowy day to find the office closed. They didn't call to alert to the possibility and never called to reschedule. I have since found a new dentist.
Poor customer service and really a very disorganized atmosphere.....have to wait for more than an hour to meet the office manager and at the end she was not there because she left....instead of respecting her engagement to meet us....never again Aspen dentall................
