I visited the two offices in Mesa. The staff was friendly and efficient. The dentists were personable, patient and skilled. I am very pleased with my results and the bill. They do everything in their power to made financing easier. I had 2 molar extractions and a tooth implant.

crooked. watch out. was fraudulently billed for services,when ive NEVER been to any aspen dental. felony theft from employees?? after i found out i researched them and there is a class action lawsuit in the making against this company .. be careful

This was the worst dental experience of my life ! I was suffering from a tooth ache and I made an appt on Thursday for the following monday as thats all they had available. I arrived on time and checked in at the counter the girl had me fill out paperwork, I explained that I couldn't afford a ton of x-rays she said not to worry their all free that should have been the red flag. I went there for nothing but a tooth extraction. After an hour of xrays, poking and prodding the dentist finally shows up and tells me all the things needed to be done with my teeth. I still tell him that all I want is to get a tooth pulled. The dentist continues to tell me what needs to be done and that the tooth pulling will have to be on a different day!! Called Aspen Dental on Dobson to get a teeth cleaning. Friendly staff member answered the phone. I explained to her that I wanted to get a teeth cleaning. She understood. Gave me their next available appointment. A couple days later, I get a text to my cell phone. "It is important we hear from you today regarding your upcoming appointment. Please call." My Boyfriend had a tooth pulled at Aspen dental, so I decided to go there for a cleaning and had the xrays done and what not.... It was then the hygienists turn to come in. During the exam she kept saying wow that's crazy, there's so much plaque, I can't believe you don't have more bone loss you could lose your teeth. When she was doing the exam where she had the measure my gum pocket from the teeth it was extremely painful. She was not trying to be gentle at all, i was so sore for over a day. I would give 0 stars if it would let me.... where do i begin?? Let's see I'll start by saying that they tore up my mouth. All i needed was a simple cleaning and three tiny cavities filled and my mouth hurt for three days... my gums were bleeding after the cleaning because she dug into them with the cleaning tool in several spots. Very friendly place. Very clean. But to expensive...went to another denist for 2nd opinion and he was 1/2 the cost. So I will NOT recommend aspen dental...
