RecommendedI was very pleased with Aspen Dental! They were all super nice and knowledgeable. They were able to tell me about different procedures and the pricing of them all so I could make an informed decision. I also found them to be very non-judgemental, which is relief!
From the moment I walked in the front door, I was made to feel welcomed and at ease. Mari started my visit and introduced me to Lily and Dr Kaur as they came into the exam room. Mari stayed with me and even expressed my concerns to Dr Kaur when I failed to. After an action plan was set up, Sherry took the time to help me make arrangements outside of their office to have the work done in a timely manner.
I had my first appointment and consult. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They gave me a list with everything that needed to be done. I checked out their prices against my insurance company GEHA and other than one item, which I’ll discuss with them, they were right in the ball park of prices. They only thing that wasn’t scheduled was a cleaning. They also put the toothbrush on the list. They did leave it up to me as to what I wanted done. So far so good.
Everytime I come here I get nothing but good service. The people who work there are very nice and do a good job. Would definitely recommend.
