I'm changing my review bc I need clarifications on my recent surgery. When I have it, I'll post my review again. Thank you. 1st visit review: I had an excellent experience here! Everyone was very kind and efficient. Dental assistant Lis was incredibly friendly and attentive, as well as Dr. Laura and Valeria at the front desk. It feels great to walk into a place and be treated with such care and professionalism. Thank you!

From the moment that I called and booked the appointment until the dental work was done, I received excellent customer service from everyone at Aspen Dental. I especially want to recognize Dr. Laura Millan DDS, who was hands down, the absolute best dentist that I have been to in over 60 years. Also, the exceptional customer service by office manager Karla Ibanaz. I don’t normally do reviews like this but this place is unique. The staff is very professional great costumer service. Dra explain things easy to understand and direct at the same time. Rigo was very professional and helpful I felt like I was in the right place with the right hands also the receptionist and most important Their amazing dental assistant team Lismelkys was my favorite very kind and passionate in her job. I can't say enough good things about this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was supper friendly and made me feel welcomed. The office is beautiful, clean and modern. They take their time to explain everything step by step and make sure I understood everything. I appreciated the level of care and attention to detail. The team genuinely seems to care about you. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office that makes you feel at ease.

Disappointed with Their Business Practices My husband and I recently visited Aspen Dental Clinic on West Flagler St., Miami as new patients for a routine check-up and cleaning. Initially, we were pleased the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. However, our experience quickly turned disappointing.
