I can't say enough good things about this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was supper friendly and made me feel welcomed. The office is beautiful, clean and modern. They take their time to explain everything step by step and make sure I understood everything. I appreciated the level of care and attention to detail. The team genuinely seems to care about you. Disappointed with Their Business Practices My husband and I recently visited Aspen Dental Clinic on West Flagler St., Miami as new patients for a routine check-up and cleaning. I can't say enough good things about this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. Wow truly a magical place I never thought that I would find a dentist that makes me so comfortable, I’ll be honest… and sorry doc! But I TYPICALLY hate the dentist, but here they make you feel so calm always reassuring you that everything is going to be okay. I couldn’t be anymore thankful for them and I’m happy to call Aspen my dental home for life!
Unless you have a lot of money: DO NOT COME HERE. This will be long and detailed but basically, they quote you one price so that you get an irreversible procedure done and then say insurance won't cover it and try to get you to pay cash. This was supposed to be final visit for an adjustment to some partials I received at the convincing of staff which entailed removing 4 teeth.
