I received an estimate from then for treatment. Based on that estimate I proceeded with the treatment and paid the estimated amount in FULL, then 9 months later get a statement stating that I owe over 100% more than the estimate. In any other business this would put you out of business. I understand an estimate can be off a bit, but over 100%. Where is your accountability for providing accurate information. I DO NOT TRUST ASPEN DENTAL

Didn’t deserve THAT star! I am currently omw to the ER! This particular facility on Hull st rd. where Dr. Andrea Oakes works was so unprofessional and neglectful I had to get up after 3 hours of being there with an unfinished tooth that was perfectly fine until she gouged my mouth and my other 2 teeth!!! After leaving here I will proceed to press charges because this was neglect of an so called professional dentist on the highest level!!! The worse experience ever. had already paid to have stuff done. didnt do half the stuff I had already paid for. needed the xrays they had taken because they didnt give us all of them when they sent us somewhere else after they messed up. Tried charging us again after I have paid. and now I have been calling for over 2 hours and no one will answer and if you call the answering whatever number all they say is we cant do anything. so that is at the least $250 I spent and didnt even get the service I paid for.

Still waiting to receive a call back to see what my insurance covers so I. an get just a CLEANING. Has been 3+ weeks and promises to call me back. billing office associate was rather rude and made me feel like I was bothering her when they had me sit with her after my appointment.
